Quality Manager Position, £40K
Job description
Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join one a highly a highly reputable client focused on food production.
Salary: £40k
Hours: 7:30 to 4:30pm
Within 3 miles of North Cave, HU15.
Travel: rear occasion international / national
Duties
– Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
– Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
– Analyse data to determine areas of weakness and implement corrective actions
– Collaborate with production teams to establish quality control processes
– Level 3-4 HACCP, TACCP & VACCP qualifications
– Manage a team of four
Experience
– Proven experience in a quality management role
– Strong analytical skills to analyse data and identify trends
– In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles
– Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
– Ability to lead a team effectively in maintaining high-quality standards
Desirable Qualifications
- Level 4 Food hygiene qualification.
- NEBOSH / IOSH qualification.
- Lead auditor qualifications
- Internal auditor qualifications
